Refund Policy

At muz0.fr, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item.

Refund conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Return procedure

1. Contact our customer service at muzo@gmail.com indicating:

• The order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

2. Once your request has been validated, we will send you the return address.

3. After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be made using the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 working days.

Non-refundable products

Certain products cannot be refunded, including:

• Products damaged or showing signs of use
• Customized or made-to-order products, except in cases of defect

Item received damaged or not compliant

If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will find a suitable solution (replacement, refund, etc.).
