Return policy

We hope you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase from muz0.fr. However, if an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Customized or damaged products are not eligible for return.
• For hygiene reasons, some products may not be returned if they have been used.

Return procedure

• Email our customer service at muzo@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
• Once your request has been validated, we will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund

Once the package has been returned and checked, we will process the refund within 14 working days, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
